S14 semi-final spots confirmed

The Super 14's top qualfiers, the Crusaders, will host the Hurricanes in next weekend's first semi-final and the Waratahs - who finished the regular season second on the table after an 18-11 win over the Reds - will host the Sharks in the other semi-final.

The Sharks beat the Chiefs 47-25 in Durban to finish third while the Hurricanes have ended a point back in fourth place after losing to the Blues on Friday.

The Crusaders have finished the round-robin stage with 52 points with 11 wins, the Waratahs have 43 points based around nine wins - one point better than the Sharks who also had nine wins - while the Hurricanes ended with 41 points and eight wins.
